Every engagement receives direct, hands-on CFO involvement rather than delegated execution. This approach allows for discretion, continuity, and sound judgment in situations where financial leadership matters most.
With more than 35 years of experience as a senior financial executive, David has served as Controller and CFO for organizations ranging from early-stage companies to enterprises exceeding $1 billion in revenue, across both public and privately held environments. His work is most often engaged when circumstances are complex — including turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, ownership transitions, exit planning, and operational resets.
DJF Advisory Services works across a broad range of industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, construction, medical devices and medical group practices, software, engineering consulting, energy and utilities, retail and apparel manufacturing, cruise and travel-related businesses, pharmaceutical, IT consulting, and compliance-sensitive environments.
